Columbia Artists Management, Inc. (CAMI)

CAMI has been in business for years. Since 1930, the company has been an international leader in managing touring activities of instrumental soloists, opera singers, conductors, orchestras, and other musicians and performers.

Business was good and CAMI eventually outgrew their original office location. A second facility was obtained and plans were in the works to move about 20-30 employees to the new site. But moving the employees was the easy part. What about the telephone and computer systems? How could these be shared so that everyone is singing off the same page?

As a start, CAMI hired BraveLine Technology to address the problem of extending current telephone and computer systems to the new location without long-term interruption or the need for redundant on-site technical staff.
